Today l have had to withdraw from my individual challenge walking the bibblilum track. My last stop was Virgin Jarrah. Next week l am having a knee reconstruction. In about 3-4 weeks when l am off the crutches, it will be slow walking to start, then again will challenge myself to the track once again.
It will be hard going not even exercising, but l can see the light at the end of the tunnell.
