Ok, six weeks to drop a size challenge and the result... 5cm off my waist, 5cm off my abs, 4cm off my hips 3cm off my thighs and 2cm off my calfs! I really think I deserve a new pair of jeans now! AND ... only lost 1kg so it really is all about toning without having to loose weight. YAY

My friend put me onto your program and it's fantastic. I've just returned to work on a casual basis and juggling a 14 month old and a 7 year old, and to know I can jump down into the next size jeans is exciting for me. I haven't owned a pair of jeans since I was at school so I'm proud to say getting down slowly from a 16 to a 12 will be fantastic. I've been at this program for 3 weeks nearly and we walk to school everyday and the kids love it as much as I, do looking forward to getting to the goal I want to achieve.

I have just completed drop a jean size in 6 weeks and it worked. I am now a very happy size 10 and all my cloths fit and look just great. The 6 weeks was a piece of cake to do and great fun. What next? I will just have to find another challenge. Thank you for a fun and great way to get fit.

Feel fantastic, I am doing the "Drop the Jeans size" and used the same route for interval training today as I walked yesterday and was 3 mins quicker! Really really pleased. Just heading for my Personal Challenge on Saturday.

I'm nearing end of 6wk drop a size challenge and have loved it. Has definitely made me get out there & walk; I didn't realise how well I would do. My 14 y.o. son & I completed Sutherland to Surf (11kms) this morning as part of my program. It's amazing to have a goal & stick with it... Loving It!!

On 20 september I joined the Drop a Jeans Size Challenge. In combination with the challenge I started to eat 3 decent meals per day. No grazing, no snacking: just an apple or banana if necessary. Today, 8 days later - I have lost 1,5kg. Believe me, this challenge is fantastic. You won't clock up that many daily steps but as you walk as fast as you can, according to Kate's instructions, the centimeters on your body just disappear.
18 months ago I followed the interval walking program for the first time and continued for a certain period. Magnificent Result. Try it - good luck.

I can't belive it I finally made it to number one on the standing board. I joined WWA 2.5 weeks ago and started the "Drop a Jeans size in six weeks" challenge. I' m into my third week and find the walking program a rewarding challenge. When I look back over my week I am amazed at how many steps and kms I have done. It sure does motivate me to walk further next week. My body sure is changing. Thanks WWA

I just wanted to thank you - I first joined up in March, and got a real kick out of seeing how many steps I could walk in a day. Now I'm trying to drop a jeans size, but the great thing is, I've just found out that I have already dropped a size, even though my scales don't show it! A smaller bra size, old jeans fitting again, best of all, I can actually see a slight waist line, and some definition under my cheekbones! I'm absolutely thrilled!! Thank you so much!
