Road Trip USA is the ultimate 9-week walking program and step challenge that will have you walking faster, feeling leaner and burning calories – it really is all about YOU!

Buckle up, we're taking you on the road trip of a lifetime. Zig-zagging your way across 19 states, you will stop to explore some of America's most dramatic destinations like Niagara Falls, the Grand Canyon and Yellow Stone National Park.

Road Trip USA, features an Intensity walking program designed by our walking guru, Kate Crosby, that's going to shake up your dedicated walking session. For the next 6 weeks you'll be inspired to 'up your walking pace', constantly challenging your body to adapt to different walking intensities. 



Want to add a little extra crunch to your walking program?

Get ready to seek out park benches for tricep dips, bust your butt with lunges and hit your lounge room floor for tummy tightening crunches!
Introducing FitDeck cards – in each of your weekly challenge newsletters you'll have the option to combine one, two or three core, glute and leg muscle exercises to help tighten and tone. It's the perfect walking and body workout!

Turbo BoostTurbo Boost

The Turbo Boost multiplier for this challenge is a multiplier of 1.5 between waypoints. eg. If you Turbo boosted your challenge, the Gold Trophy will be 1,181,250 steps away rather than 787,500 steps.
We highly recommend walkers who consistently log 15,000 plus steps a day to Turbo Boost their challenge.

WeeklyEnjoy a healthy dose of exercises

Sent right to your e-mail inbox every week are tips on how to use your walking program, and exercises you can do at home or in the park to give your body that extra boost. These 'body weight' exercises are optional.

10000 steps a daySteps / Activity

All your pedometer and activity minutes will be recorded against this challenge. We recommend you wear a pedometer to record your daily step count.
