Have family of friends been encouraging you to join a charity walk, but you haven't been training? It's time to start, whether you are new to walking or a seasoned walker wanting to enter a 10k event. You've found the walking challenge and program designed especially for you.

Prepartion, prepartion, prepartion...
Your 9 week walking program delivers a simple, bite size plan to help you master the 10k distance. A stratagey to build your walking speed, endurance and importantly shake off any mental hurdles.

You don't have to be super fit or a fast walker to benefit from this walking program but you do need to be able to walk steadily for 30 minutes.
