Registration and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login ID and password (your "registration"). You shall be responsible for all actions and activities of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify Walk with Attitude of any unauthorized use of your registration. You further represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the Australia, United States, United Kingdom or other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to: (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as submitted to Walk with Attitude, and (ii) maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Walk with Attitude has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete.  Walk with Attitude has the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Walk with Attitude Sites or related products and services (or any portion thereof).

Walk with Attitude makes every effort to protect individual privacy and personal information.

Username

If you choose a username that, in our sole discretion, is obscene, indecent, abusive or that might otherwise subject us to public disparagement or scorn, we reserve the right, without prior notice to you, to automatically change your username, delete any posts from our sites, deny you access to our sites, or any combination of these options.

Refund Policy:::

14-day Refund Policy

In the very unlikely event you wish to cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership to Walk with Attitude at anytime during the first 14 days of registration. If you cancel within 14 days we will provide you with a full refund of your purchase price if you request a refund at the time of cancellation. The 14 day Refund policy begins with the registration of your initial account at Walk with Attitude. If at a later date you register a secondary account at Walk with Attitude, your 14 day guarantee will be bound to the registration date of your initial account. Cancellations are accepted via email only.

All refunds will be made by cheque or credited directly to the card number supplied. Your refund will be processed within 72 hours of receiving your cancellation request.

Transaction security

All details, including your credit card details submitted through this site are handled with a secure server.

All prices stated on Walk with Attitude are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Membership is for 6 months, beginning the date you registered.

Walk with Attitude allows users to submit and post different content on the web. Walk with Attitude is not liable for the content submitted however, Walk with Attitude may delete any content that in its sole judgment violates this Agreement or which may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of any person.

Abuse and Spamming::

Walk with Attitude has a very strict spamming and abuse policy. Spamming including any unsolicited advertising of products or services via any site communication methods including site messaging, discussion boards such as the Forum, buddy lists, or external email will result in immediate termination of your account without refund. Further more you will be banned from using our services in the future.

Walk with Attitude may use submitted ideas or suggestions for any purpose, in any way, including using them to enhance our websites. All suggestions and ideas are considered to be non-confidential. Walk with Attitude has the right to publish or use any such information for any reason.
