Walk with Attitude site may contain links to other sites. These include links to resources in related topics. If you visit another website through a link on our site, please consult the privacy policy of the website you are visiting. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other websites that you may visit.

Under no circumstances will Walk with Attitude release your name, email address or any other personal details to any other member,  party or organisations.

Information We Collect:

Generally, the information we gather on our website falls into two categories: (1) information you supply when you register become a member  or  when you send us correspondence, and (2) tracking information collected as you navigate through our site ie browser type, and IP address.

Personally Identifiable Information:::

To use certain features on our sites, we ask you to register to become a member. When you register, we collect personally identifiable information about you including your name, e-mail address, user name and password. We may also ask for some additional information when you sign up for products and/or services,  or report a problem with our site. We use this information to communicate with you, process your orders and to help improve our site.

When you visit our site, we may also collect your browser type, access time, and/or Internet Protocol ("IP") address, and keep records of this information. Your IP address is a number that is used by computers  connected to the Internet to identify your computer so that data (such as the web pages you request) can be sent to you. Your IP address does not tell us who you are.

Once you're a registered user we place a "Cookie" on your computer. "Cookies" are small identifiers sent from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive, similar to a license plate, that help us to recognise and personlise your visit every-time you login.

Cookies are not designed to be used to get data from your hard drive, your e-mail or any other personal data about you. To protect your privacy, we do not use cookies to store or transmit any personal information about you on the Internet.

If you reject our cookies, it's possible that web pages may not properly load, your access to certain information might be denied or you might have to enter information about yourself more than once.

We do not control and are not responsible for any integrated Device Partners privacy practices. Walk with Attitude READS only data from any linked 3rd party company (we DO NOT send any information or data relating to our users to that device company). Once that information has been collected by us regarding our users we use that data only in the ways permitted by this Privacy Policy.

How Your Information Will Be Used:

Our primary goal in collecting information is to provide you with a personlised experience when you are a member of our site and to make our site more valuable to you.

Under no circumstances will Walk with Attitude release your name, email address or any other personal details to any other member,  party or organisations without your written consent.

Under no circumstances will Walk with Attitude release your friends name and/or email address to any other party or organisations (Email a Friend Section)
From time to time we may share aggregated demographic information with our partners or create statistics based on users frequency, intensity of exercise etc. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

Security and Passwords:::

The personally identifiable information we collect is securely stored within our database, and we use standard, industry-wide procedures such as encryption, firewalls and SSL (Secure Socket Layers) for protecting your information.

Any information you include in a message you post to any message board, discussion group, or other public posting area on our sites is available to anyone with Internet access. If you don't want people to know your name or e-mail address, make sure not to include it in any message you post publicly. 

We recommend that you not disclose your password/Login ID to anyone.
